Generateblocks Footer not showing in Mobile

I have build a Custom Site Footer with Generateblocks and Generate Press Elements, the problem is that my footer isn’t showing in the mobile the way it has to be.

In the review the footer is looking fine but on mobile it’s look not the same, I used the background image and that image is also not showing in the mobile footer.
