    Hi, When I generate tickets The link is coming in as something like :
    Your ticket id is #9. You will get an email notification after we post a reply to your ticket. However, in case the email notification fails, then you can check your ticket status at the link below:

    ?support_page=open_ticket&ticket_id=9&auth_code=0xwnA0OSuS

    Can you help?

    Hello,

    Please follow the below steps :
    1. Create a page and add a shortcode [supportcandy].
    2. Then go to Support > Settings > General > Support Page and select page you have created in the first step.
