    Hi KerriM,

Thanks sooo much for giving me this detailed report.

Next week or by by the end of the month, I will release a version 0.4.5 with this fix and a couple of tweaks I made to the code in general.

    Thanks for reaching out.

Let me know if you have anything else.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Gustavo,

Amazing plugin. Thanks for your work.

I’m having the same problem as KerriM. Tags are not working either.

    Thank you,

    Holden

    Same here unfortunately ??

Looking forward to Version 0.4.5. When will it come?

    Best,
    Stefan.

Sorry for the slow down here guys. It was my bad, I was busy with a few releases of The Events Calendar and a few other Modern Tribe projects.

Im going to start working on getting it ready soon, next Monday I guess.

    Hey Gustavo,

I’m seeing the same issues as Kerri, so we’re still waiting on this fix sadly. What’s the latest news on the arrival of 0.4.5?

    Cheers,
    Andrew

Hi everyone, sorry for the huge delay.

It was really hard to find where was the bug, finally found that Faker had a new way of determining optional values and it was breaking how I was using on FakerPress.

Note: Faker is the module I use for the random data generation.

Thanks for waiting that long for the solution.

    Hi Gustavo,

No worries on the delay. Glad to see the update rolled out. However, I’m sad to repot a new bug with very similar consequences.

I’m generating posts for a custom post type with three different taxonomies. The rules are set to assign one term for each taxonomy to every post. However, all my posts come out with all the terms applied.

Sorry for the bad news, hope this one is an easier fix!

    Cheers,
    Andrew

    Hey Peachey_A,

Can you share a Screenshot of the configurations you are using?

Most likely this one will be an easier fix, last one I didn’t expect Faker to change on me… that’s why it took me that long. haha

    My Best Regards,

That’s no trouble. See here. Ignore the weird wordpress admin bar, it’s a symptom of the chrome extension I used to screenshot the whole page.

Hopefully this bug is just me using your plugin incorrectly!

    Cheers,
    Andrew

    Hi Peachey_A,

Confirmed the problem, and will released a version tomorrow with a fix.

    My Best Regards,

    Hey Gustavo,

Sorry to say that I’m still having trouble on the latest update.

Using the exact same settings as those shown in the image I posted previously I end up with the same results. Every term is being assigned to every post(custom post type).

I wonder if there is a particular setting required on the creation of Custom Post Types and Custom Taxonomies that I’m missing here?

    Cheers,
    Andrew

    Hi Peachey_A,

There shouldn’t be any sort of limitation.

What you are reporting is very odd, I’ve tested this extensively, there is no Reason for this to be happening. Im really curious on fixing this problem and making the code more solid.

If you can, hit me up on gustavo at bordoni.me and let’s try to debug this further, would you?

    My Best Regards,

    Hi Gustavo,

Apologies for the radio silence. Will email you later this week, so we can try and get this one figured out.

    Cheers,
    Andrew
