Generated posts with duplicate URLs (Bad for SEO!)

This plugin has failed in its task and instead generated additional posts containing just the featured image for every original post.

Example:

Original Post:
https://benlovegrove.com/danebury-hill-fort-drone-aerial-photography-landmark-iron-age-site-near-stockbridge-winchester/

Additional Post Added:
https://benlovegrove.com/danebury-hill-fort-drone-aerial-photography-landmark-iron-age-site-near-stockbridge-winchester/danebury-hill-fort-drone-aerial-photography-landmark-iron-age-site-near-stockbridge-winchester-2/

How can I get rid of all these duplicates? There’s over 250 of them.

Would deleting the plugin remove them?
