Generating labels is not working

    Hi there,

    All of a sudden, my colleague can’t generate labels. I have no issues in Chrome, but when she tries it, nothing happens. It doesn’t change from ‘generate’ to ‘download’, she doesn’t see a load screen, nothing. I’ve asked her (she’s in a different country) to delete the cache and we’ve updated the plugin, but nothing happens.

    What can we do?
