Generating Product Feed stuck in 10%

Hi there,
I was trying to make the feed but facing an issue with sticks in 10% progress.
I have read the article about increasing “Php Max Execution Time: 300”.

But still shows the fetal error as below;

What is your recommendation to change the max execution time ?
