Hi. I’m using shortcodes to individual products on this page. When checking out, I get a green checkmark on the Stripe popup, however before the confirmation page appears, I get the following error:

ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.

The error occurs in both Chrome and Firefox, which have JS and cookies enabled. No errors are reported in Console or the debug log. Caching has been disabled. Stripe is currently in test mode, if you want to try it.

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Greg.

The error message you’re referring to isn’t showing by our plugin.

Brief googling indicates that this error is caused by WP Spamshield. Try to disable it and make another test payment.

If you don’t have it installed, then try to disable LiteSpeed caching plugin and make the payment.

Thanks for checking on this. I disabled WP Spamshield and was able to test Stripe successfully.

    Thanks again.
