There are a number of different reasons that this error can happen on the connection. T start with, can you please verify the following:
- Your pixel, catalog, and Facebook extension must all be under the same Business Manager account.
- Your site’s timezone setting must be set to something other than UTC+0 (WordPress > Settings > General)
- Your site’s currency must be supported by Facebook. If it is not, temporarily switch to a supported currency and attempt to connect.
Can you please check that the above three items are all correct for your site?
