Genesis Balanced Child Theme

  • Anyone having issues with this theme disappearing to a “white” page? Im getting sporadic failures and not sure if its a plugin or what causing it.

    You can try the usual troubleshooting steps of deactivating all of your plugins, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and see if the white screen of death goes away.

    If it does then it’s a plugin probably.

    If it doesn’t then it may be your theme and you’ll need to seek help from the theme vendor’s forums. We do not support commercial products here.
