Genesis Generate How To Change Logo

Hello,

I have looked up every tutorial I could find but nothing works for me. I have Genesis Generate Child theme 1.0.1. My “customize” menu does not have a header or logo section. My only choice is to choose dynamic text or image logo in “Site Identity”. However, when I chose image it was an old logo that I wanted to replace with a new one. I “viewed source” in Chrome to get the file path so that I could update it, but even though the new logo is in place on the server, it’s not showing on my website. I have changed theme logos many times but this situation is a tough one. I know it must be an easy fix somewhere but I can’t identify it. I don’t even know where to start anymore.
