Genesis plug-in update and Fatal error

I can’t get in to edit my site after I updated the Genesis plug-in this morning. Below is the error message I receive:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function genesis_html5() in /homepages/26/d166404090/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/genesis-simple-edits/plugin.php on line 102

All I did was update the plugin when I signed in and then this started happening. Don’t think it could be anything else I screwed up! I am a novice user, so may need a little hand holding! Thanks
