Genesis Simple Menus – Request for improvement: managing 2 menus

    Hi Ron,

    With Genesis Simple Sidebars, you can manage 2 sidebars.

    It would just be great if Genesis Simple Menus could manage 2 menus (primary and secondary) and not only the secondary navigation.

    This is just a request for an improvement which could give your plugin an amazing flexibility, allowing an infinite number of combinations. There would then be two fields in the metabox, instead of one.

    I am sure there is a way to do so for a developer, which I am not. Your plugin would then be “perfect”.

    You certainly have already thought about it, but maybe it’s not that easy.

    I hope this feature will be available one day (near future?).

    Am I the first one to ask for such functionality?

    No, you are somewhere between the 5th and 10th in asking for that feature (in 3 years). I’ve considered adding the primary menu option and I may have time to do that between now & the end of the year.

    Just jumping in and throwing in another request for this – especially since some of the new themes use the header widget and don’t display a secondary menu even if you set something there.
