genesis theme display comment on static page

Temporarily revert to the default theme and see if the comments appear. Tried deactivating plugins to see if it helps? If these steps solve the problem, update genesis/ install a fresh copy, and remove the problematic plugin. If these do not help, you need to contact Studio Press for support.

I tried reverting to twentytwelve (the default theme) and could find that the comments are appearing on the page.
So as suggested I reinstalled genesis and the child theme delicious. But even after these themes are reinstalled the comments does not seem to be appearing. Then I tried deactivating the plugins. This also did not help the comment appear.

Please let me know if there is any other suggestion or should I contact studiopress support?

As Genesis is a commercial theme & the problem appears to be in your child theme, you need to seek further support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.

In the genesis settings had to check enable comments (Genesis–>Theme settings in wp-admin dashboard. scroll down and check enable comments on posts or pages wherever needed). Also in each post settings comments should be checked from screen options. Making topic as resolvedr
