Geo-location and analytics?

    If I purchase and use Geo-locataion, I can hide the cookie banner for e.g. Japan, right?
    But then hoe about external cookie?

    In the external cookie section, I have now analytics code in the footer section. Currently it will be added once visitors opt-in.
    But if the cookie banner doesn’t appear for Japan, are they added without opt-in?
