Geo Locations not registering

    Hi – I have a client who is losing orders – in a nutshell – certain Geo locations don’t display weight-based shipping cost. – I called the customer (London Postcode) (Green ISP Broadband provider) to go through the order process – repeating the order on my computer? (Cheshire Postcode) BTbroadband and the order showed the weight-based shipping cost on my cart but was not showing on theirs.

    It seems that certain Geo locations prevent the shipping method to display. – Any ideas?

    Hi,

    The plugin doesn’t deal with Geo IP to address resolution. It’s a WooCommerce job. After it’s done, WooCommerce invokes shipping methods with Country and State detected. If you think the issue is related to this step, you might want to test it separately.

    On the screenshot, all the rules have Destination set to Any. Which means they are active no matter what destination customer choose for their shipping. However, there are gaps in Order Weight conditions. For example, no rules are covering orders having weight of 2.5 or 5.5. That might be the case why you see no shipping options for some orders.

    Hello – Why 2.5 – is this the lowest weight number before 3?

    So in Order weight for 1-2mugs, I should be making the below weight 2.5?

    2.5 is just an example of a value greater than 2 and less than 3. It might be 2.00001 or 2.999, for example.
