Geo Mashup Woocommerce

This Plugin works great.
The only issue I’m having is that in the search widget – product categories are not being showed in the dropdown selection box.
Is there a way i can modify the query or some other way i can do this?

Another question is …
Does the user has to click find me button for this to work or can I use another way to get the user’s location so it can be searched?
