geo my wp database not created

Hello,

The geo my wp database hasn’t been created on our website,I have tried deactivating and activating plugin and extensions, creating new forms, renaming, completely clearing all data and installing the plugin again but nothing has worked the database just doesn’t get created.

Would appreciate some help with this issue.
