Geo redirects not working for Netherlands

We’re using the Geo Redirects Lite plugin in our sites, but somehow the redirect for the Netherlands doesn’t work. The example data here on the site reports my session as from “Netherlands”, my IP is 83.83.3.25. My geo redirect rule is very simple: perform redirect if country is equal to netherlands.

Could I do anything to help troubleshoot this? I’m a WordPress plugin developer myself, so pretty technical.
