• The user interface is already a little bit outdated, but somehow it thought it might be worthwhile looking at it. There is “some” analytics add-on, which does not deserve its name (probably the reason it is free) – apart from a dumb graph, it does not give any insight.

But biggest problem is the geo targeting add-on, which is not free, only available commercially. Applying geo targeting for specific countries would be a nice idea. It just won’t deliver any single campaign anymore. Those campaigns, which otherwise work, will not delivery to any country in the world. Tested it for Germany, Spain, India and parts in the US.

While proper source data is arriving (which can be traced via Google analytics), geo targeting won’t do anything at all and stop your campaign from being delivered. Looking for support, there is basically nothing.

    Definitely no recommendation

    Hi Michael,

Firstly let me apologize for the not so pleasant experience with the Geo-targeting addon. It works in majority cases and the server level setting that was causing an error was never reported prior to your ticket ever. However, as already communicated to you via series of emails in our support desk we are taking this matter seriously and we are already working on the alternate solution and will release it asap.

Next, coming to the analytics addon. The whole idea behind it was to keep it as simple as possible. We did not want to crowd it with multiple parameters and complex graphs. So we only kept what was needed i.e Conversions and Impressions. Thus, the simple graph.

Feel free to reach out to us anytime, we will surely be at your service.

    Regards,
    Team Icegram.
