Hi,
good news, I found the issue :/

The root cause is due to the service used for the geo-reverse info. The service is changed… ??

I’ll try to fix that as soon as possible

Hi,
I released v1.6.5 with important updates about the GEO service used in Bannerize.
You’ll find the guide in the readme, anyway you need to create your API KEY on IPStack. The service is free.
Then, in the Bannerize settings, you’ll find the API field to store your key.

Thank you – this is working, I think the account limits with their service will limit the usability on larger sites with a lot of traffic, but it is at least working again ??

Hi,
happy now works again.

So far, I didn’t find a “free” unlimited service. Usually, these types of services aren’t completely free.
IPStack in particular provides a Free as well as a payment plan.
Anyway, if you know other services I could implement them. In this way, you will be able to choose the best one for you.
