    Hi,

admin users should always be able to access wp-admin. Are tou trying to access the backend with a lower role?

If I’d need to deactivate the plugin without having access to the back end, I’d move out the plugin folder from wp-content/plugins.

Let me know if that helps.

    Thank you

Via FTP, in case that wasn’t clear…

I am an admin and should have access to un- and installing the plugin, and as I am the owner and only admin this should be no problem. I’ll try it through ftp if that’s the only option, thanks.

If you are the admin you should definitely be able to access wp-admin. If you want us to see what this is happening, please submit a support request in our forum https://wpgeodirectory.com/support

We will follow up from there…
