Geographic view: Restrict Google Maps API Key?

  • Hi there, I got the Maps API key from Google to use in Google Analytics Dashboard (latest version 4.9.4) and it’s working fine. Looking forward to the continent update; I’d like to set Europe as a region. How about zooming in the map?

    But my topic is: Can I restrict access to the API key? Google recommends to restrict access to HTTP referrers, IPs or apps. Though it does not work when I set our domain name or server IP address.
