[Geolocation] Display Coordinates – Theme Integration

Hey folks,

I installed the plugin Geolocation on my blog. And I would like to geotag my posts. The geotagging is no problem at all and the information is stored as custom fields.

Now I would like to display the coordinates below the post title and also to link it to GoogleMaps.

For Example:
Fish and chips in London [Blog Title]
Coordinates 51.560851, -0.188141 [Coordinates retrieved from the custom fields]

So how do I implement this in my theme? My php-skills are unfortunately quite limited and so I would appreciate some suggestions for this.

I’m using a modified version of Twentyeleven and my blog looks like this.
