Hi
We are using Ad Inserter Pro to display Ads in the right column of above mentioned website.

In this specific sample the Ad shows up when we’re not useing any geotargeting. And the Ad dissappears as soon as we add one or more country codes (whitelisted).

I have no idea what we’re doing wrong here.
I have tested with the indernal db as well as with the GeoLite2 Free Country db.
We are not testing with any special “exotic” country code. Just DE, AT, CH and stuff like that.

I have already asked for help via contact (support) form on the plugins homepage but no response for a week now. Maybe I can get a response here now.. thanks in advance!

For Pro support you can use this form.

Quick answer:
In your case no block was configured for geo targeting.

Make sure you list countries (or group) for each block that needs geotargeting:

Sorry, I received no email, not in my inbox nor in the spam folder.

Regarding your answer: Ad blocks 9 and 10 are prepared for geotargeting. Last week and still today.

See screenshot of block 10 as an example:

As mentioned above: as soon as I remove the country (here: CH) it will be displayed everywhere. But whitelisting one or more countries does not work for me yet
