German cancellation request comes with English text

Hi,

If someone makes a cancellation request in the German online shop, the sentence “Your registration cancellation has been received by Sch?b Events and will be processed soon. You will receive a cancellation confirmation within two working days.” Comes in the German cancellation request. The plugin is translated in German and customized in English US. The translation files are in the correct folder and the string is also translated. Do you know why this happens?
