German marketplace categories are missing!

Hi everyone,

We are trying to create a product feed which exports our products to Amazon as books (Book category). But after creating an account and setting up all credentials, when creating a new feed, it does not show us the books category in Amazon german marketplace categories. Can you explain why the books category is not shown?
