German Translation available

For whatever reason WP SEO Search does not show up on WP’s translation server as translation-ready.
I have therefore uploaded an updated package to Dropbox, which contains German (+Formal) (.po/.mo) translation files as well as a .pot file so that it can be translated into any other language with the help of e.g. Poedit.
Although you’ll have to install this package manually, since it is identical to the package in the plugin repository (except for the added translation files), WP will handle it as it would any other plugin.
