German translation of Resume manager plugin included?

Is there a German translation included in the resume manager plugin (1.15.3)?
Here it says so:
https://www.transifex.com/mikejolley/wp-job-manager-resume-manager/However I only found Spanish and Turkish po.-mo.-files in the zip-file. I urgently need the German translation inserted. How can I do so?
