German translations (de, de_formal, ch, ch_informal)

I see you upload them to translate.www.ads-software.com, but it would be better if the translators upload them and request PTE (Project Translator Editor) access so they can validate the strings directly.

They are included in translate.www.ads-software.com. (see screenshot: https://snag.gy/5Tn93s.jpg)
As far as I understand the documentation, a GTE must now approve these translations, but we don’t control this process.
Or is there something we can do or did we overlooked something?
