Germanized Breaks Checkout

    Long story short, if you use Astra and ‘Payment Plugins’ for example, the PayPal or Stripe one, germanized will break your checkout and people can’t pay anymore.

    They offer you a solution; of course, it’s the Pro version. It seems like a pretty bad attempt and a little bit of blackmail.

    I hope this will help people who have the same problem.

    that sounds harsh. If you find a bug and/or compatibility issue you might (for the sake of the whole community) report the bug either via a support thread (we take support, even free support, very seriously) or by email.

    Please be aware that it is not our intent to sell you our pro version just to make the plugin work. Our pro version does offer improved compatibility (in terms of layout-support) for astra. However, this does not mean that we would put up with such an issue (e.g. breaking the checkout) in the free version.

    If you would still like to solve the problem, please contact our support and we will surely find a solution that the whole community can benefit from.
