Germanized causes Problems with Elementor Pro

    Hello Elementor Pro does not work with the Germanized version 3.8.4. When I disable Germanized, Elementor Pro works.
    Can you help me please?

    Hi Katrin,

    could you please try the following: Disable all plugins except Woo, Germanized and Elementor (Pro) and activate a Default Theme (e.g. Storefront, TwentyX) – does that solve the issue? Are there any errors logged via WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    These are not the log files (I’m referring to WooCommerce > Status > log files) – any log files (latest only) with the fatal-error prefix might be interesting.

    Another plugin causing the error with elementor pro is Ghost Kit. I wrote to the support but no answer (yet).

    Now I found the right log files I guess.

    And the error does not occur (even though Germanized is activated) after deactivating this plugin?

    The error-log seems to show issues with your PHP memory limit. Seems like your memory limit is too low for running the amount of plugins you are currently using.

    No, after deactivating Ghost Kit and leaving Germanized activated, I can’t use Elementor. But the other way around as well. So shall I contact the hosting company because of this memory limit? Or did I do something wrong?

    Hi there,

    ok, first of all, leave the Ghost Plugin deactivated. Now try to disable all shopmark settings (Germanized > Shopmarks > unit price, tax notice etc. on Product Page, Widgets, Loop etc.). Does Elementor load now?

    If that is not the case please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the limit.

    Hi, thanks for sticking with me to solve this.
    I deactivated Germanized, ghost kit and all Woocommerce additional plugins except woocomemrce – now I can work with elementor pro.
    What does this mean?

    Oh sorry, I read your reply in the mail program, but the format was ruined a bit so I didn’t understand very well…

    Now I have disabled everything as requested and can’t use Elementor. However, I also realize that we may not be talking about the same thing. Elementor loads, the pages build, I see the individual blocks on the left. However, I can’t work with them, the blocks are gray, there is a blue circle in front of them that curls. If I disable Elementor Pro, I can edit the pages, so with Elementor Basic it works.
    Should I call the provider and ask about the limit? Or is that something else?

    I did understand you. Seems like an additional AJAX requests within elementor fails (after loading). There is definitely something wrong with the PHP memory limit. The question is whether the limit gets hit due to an indefinite loop. Do you have free products/products without a price in your shop?
