Germanized causing problems with theme and payments

    Hi,

    Germanized was causing problems for our website theme and it came up looking like this https://snag.gy/RnPtIZ.jpg. I have had to disable Germanized for now because otherwise our customers cannot access the website. Can you help us fix this problem?

    Hi there,

    this looks a lot like a messed up error page, e.g. a PHP error is being thrown in the background. Did you check your logs at WooCommerce > tools > logs? Are there any fatal errors occurring there? Did you try deactivating one plugin after another to see whether there are any plugin conflicts causing the problem?

    If you could provide us with a test-site we can check that (while your live site is still online) with Germanized enabled.

    Hi Laura,

    ok, from the logs I can guess that this is related to grouped products (and our unit pricing functionality). Is it possible that some grouped product contains products which do not exist anymore? I’ll check to make sure that this error will not be thrown in future versions of Germanized. Still a test-site for testing purposes would be nice.
