Get a fatal error at using wp-cron from WC

I am using cron jobs for backup jobs and get since April 8th a fatal error for them:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in xxx/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-cart.php on line 208
I am not shure if it came up with 2.3.7 or 2.3.8?
