Get access editor profile awating validation

    Hi,

    I would like editor profile can access to suscriber profile awaiting validation.

    $user = wp_get_current_user();

$user_id = um_user('ID');
um_fetch_user( $user_id );
if ( $user->roles[0] == 'editor') {
}
echo '<td>'.'<br>';
echo '<td>'.'<br>';

    I block after the 5th line.
    Can you help me ?
