Get Access Key Automatically not working

I changed the admin email, I click Get Access Key Automatically, then I get Error occurred while automatically get Access key. SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG. The email keeps changing back to admin email. I already changed the password several times to no avail. Is there any simple way to get access key without wasting a lot if time? I also could not find the key in my profile in your site.
