"Get Adobe Flash Player" message in Chrome and IE

It’s from some time that in Chrome and IE I have the message “Get Adobe Flash Player”, even if the Adobe Flash Player is installed.
With FireFox works correclty? Do you have any idea or suggestion?Could you please help me?
