Get All Data in Form Sent to Email

I have created a form with Formidable and installed the WP SMTP plugin. When I test the time-off request form I created, I get an email that a time off request was sent, but not the data from the form. The emails are collecting within my admin site in the “Entries” section of the Formidable drop-down box. Is it possible to have the data from the time-off request form sent to my email outside the site? Also, when I do get the email that a request was made, I get this message: “This message may not have been sent by: [ email redacted ] Learn more Report phishing”
