Get alphabetical list without sticking

Hello,

I created a custom plugin for my install so I could bulk associate group members between groups easily. Within I do a groups_get_groups call to get all groups including hidden groups in an alphabetical list. However as I have sticky groups they’re being prepending and aren’t in alphabetical order anymore.

I want to keep sticky groups for the front end but am wondering how I could disable the functionality on specific groups_get_groups calls so as to return a list in actual alphabetical order.
