    Unfortunately, Windows is not supported. You can however use LocalWP, which uses a VM on Windows.

    It is in the documentation. Did you look at system requirements? It is mentioned on the plugin page and in the documentation.

    Some people have success with Windows, some not. Unfortunately, I don’t have a Windows machine, so I can’t replicate the problem.

    Usually, using LocalWP works.
