Get an error when trying to upload new reviews

    Hi, when I click on save settings and download to get new reviews, I get re-directed to a new window and an error message appears.

    {“ack”:”error”,”ackmsg”:”Error 0001: trouble contacting crawling server. Please try again or contact support.”}

    Its been happening for a while now and don’t know what to do
