Get an error when trying to upload new reviews

What is the TripAdvisor URL you are using?

It should be working better now.

It still doesn’t work, I still get the same error when I try to get new reviews.

Are you on version 12.8?

PS: After posting the above, to be sure, certain etc. that it is the EXACT same error message, I tried it a 5th time and it worked fine – is there a timing issue?

It could be a timeout issue on your server. You need at least a 60 sec execution time. Or it could be TripAdvisor blocking the crawl. They have gotten really good at it.

@fabiocaron It should be working better now. The issue is that TripAdvisor has gotten good at blocking web crawlers. I’m still looking for another solution.

Now it gives me a different error message:
