Get available variation stock for product

I’m using a plugin which lets you customize your own product and has a lot of options.
I need to manage stock for those options and one of those stocks make use of Attributes.

How is it possible to get the available stock for a specific attribute code-wise?

I see Limits::get_stock_limits in the files but how can I access it from outside the plugin?
