Get average of review count

I don’t know how you’re expecting it to work, but leaving reviews for a post is not something this plugin does. As previously mentioned, you can use this plugin either to create standalone reviews, or you can use it in combination with WooCommerce or the Ultimate Product Catalog. We’d definitely suggest just installing the plugin and trying it out to see if it does what you need.

We are trying for the combination of woocommerce but this shortcode [reviews-summary product_name=”Name of Your Product”] displays all the summary for all the posts.

This shortcode [reviews-summary product_name=”Name of Your Product”] is not working for specific product like if we mention the product name .

It is showing only all the summary reviews but not individual product review

Actually, the feature to use the product_name attribute in the reviews-summary shortcode is something we have on our development servers and isn’t currently live. Sorry about the confusion with that. We should be releasing this feature within the next couple of weeks.

Is it possible to provide us that change of code ? Or can you guys provide us with that updated code of plugin. We are in need of that option so

It isn’t in a state that’s ready for live use right now, so we’re unable to provide any code. As mentioned in our last post, it shouldn’t be too long before we’re able to include it in an update.

In case you were looking to do some modifications yourself, the changes would be, for the most part, in the “Display_Summary_Statistics.php” file in the “Shortcodes” folder.

Okay we will be waiting for it and please let us know when it is done fromyour end.

Meanwhile we will start working on it from our end.

I can see the plugin update and have installed. But the shortcode
[reviews-summary product_name=”Name of Product”] is not working this is showing the average ratings of all the products.

Can you let us know the attributes or the correct shortcode to display the review summary of single product

When you put in the name of the product for the product name attribute does the page just show up blank? We did a bit of testing and think there might be an issue with this. We will take a look to see if we can get it working correctly (and hopefully put out an update). If you could just confirm that it goes blank it would help us with our testing.
