    Not sure what to suggest at this point, as I don’t have any access to things. Something is definitely running afoul with these widgets though.

    We have revised the code of the CleanTalk plugin and the only two options that deal with <action> attribute are:

    • Protect external forms
    • Protect internal forms

    Please, disable them if you don’t need them. You can do it here:
    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings

    Marking as resolved as it’s ultimately not a CPTUI issue, but more an issue with the site in question and losing action attributes on <form> tags on the frontend in the widget output.
