get critical error when trying to edit page

    I have set my shop page on woocommerce however, when i try to edit page ige the this message: the preview could not be loaded. How do i fix this? I have debug the themes and dindn’t fix issue.

    The error you mentioned usually happens when attempting to create or edit a Blog page or a Shop page with Elementor, not through the Theme Builder.

    To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:

    1. Make sure that you are creating an Archive Template through the Theme Builder, and only then, when you wish to edit the page again, go through the Theme Builder > Templates > Edit With Elementor.
    2. If this doesn’t work, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
    3. If this doesn’t work, switch your theme temporarily to the Hello theme and see if that helps.
