get current datetime problem with cache

Hello guys, we have a very important issue,

$current_time = date( ‘H:i’, current_time( ‘timestamp’, 0 ) );

this do not return the current time whem total-cache plugin is active

How can we solve this? Do you have a function that you can use to avoid caching there?
