Get current event only?

  • Great plugin. I’m trying to get the ‘current event only’ from a public google calendar of ours & I’m not sure I understand the logic:

    I set Calendar Start to ‘Today’ as opposed to ‘Now’
    Earliest Event to Same As Start Date
    Latest Event to Day End of Start Date

    Then in the page content area I placed ‘[if-now][title][/if-now]’

    All I get back is the default ‘THERE ARE NO UPCOMING EVENTS’.
    Any suggestions please?
