Get current user address

Hi,
You can get the user’s current information when he use’s the Current Location widget/shortcode to retrieve his location.

Take a look at this post. It explains how to use the hook provided by the widget,

I need to get the state_long saved inside current user profile when he signup, I’ve to get the data via mysql (wppl_friends_locator -> state)? There is another way?

GEO my WP provides you with a function/shortcode that pulls the user’s location. However, the function basically does the same exact thing you did above which is pulling the data from the database. So your solution should be good.
