    Hi Adrian,

when you get an error trying to list or revise an item on eBay and you need someone to look into it, the best and quickest way is to enable logging, repeat the action and send the resulting log record to out support team.

You can find detailed step-by-step instructions on how to send a log record to support here: https://docs.wplab.com/article/56-how-to-send-a-log-record-to-support

In some cases, we might have to log in to your site in order to identify and/or fix the problem – which is another reason why a public forum is not the best way handle this kind of support requests.

    kind regards,

    Matt

In some of these cases, we might have to log in to your site in order to identify and/or fix the problem – and a public forum is not suitable for sharing private information like login details…

And really discouraged in these forums. To be frank, no one should grant you that access.

I know you only are seeking to help your plugin user.

But do not request that access as that’s going too far and that is really frowned upon.

You can ask for details, you can walk the user through help, you can make suggestions. Asking for login credential is solid “No” and please do not do that again.

The message I got was a bit misspelled because it related to SKUs and there I had a to long SKU because of a plugin from skyverge which created the SKU. I shortend the SKU manual and now it works.

    Thanks guys, it is solved.
