    Hello community,
I’m unsuccessfully trying to connect JetPack with my wordpress site, I get: site_inaccessible

The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 500]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: https://jetpack.me/support/

My webpage is publicly available, via IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, just didn’t point any domain name on the IP’s yet. I have access rules for port 80 and 443, and my interfaces config has google DNS servers, both ipv4 and ipv6 in there. Furthermore JetPack is the only installed plugin. Apart from that I’m clueless why I’m unable to connect to jetpack. My server is hosted with digital ocean. Over there I also didn’t find any clue.

Any hint what my cause this is very welcome.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
